Office.com & Office App Create for Consumer
In 2022, I worked on completing and launching the Create page for the Consumer version of Office.com. I collaborated with design and engineering to deliver experiences for both free & premium users. I drove the rollout of the Create page or 'module', which involved regular review of scorecards to ensure we are hitting success metrics and watching guardrails. In addition, during rollout I listened and reviewed customer feedback and bugs.
Office.com & Office App Consumer Visual Updates
In addition to the Create module, I led the visual updates for our Consumer experience to achieve a more modern look for our site and app. This involved adopting the Fluent Design Language, including the 'pills' on the Home page. Plus, we updated to the orange color and applied a gradient to the hero image.
