You are not A-LOAN
Upon getting matched with our sponsor, Chime, for capstone, we were tasked with discovering problems and product opportunities in the student loan space.
My Role
My primary role was a user and design researcher as well as video producer. I created overall mixed-methods research strategy plus the interview and collaging protocol. I developed the co-design procedure, drafted an information architecture, and executed usability testing. Finally, I made and edited the progress report, in-product, and demo videos.
