Website redesign for Communitea, a local Seattle kombucha company. Utilizes contextual inquiry, competitive analysis, content audit, card sort, information architecture, brand tenets, and visual design.

An app design concept to assist restaurants during COVID-19 pandemic. Utilizes user-centered design process, including formative research: interviews and survey, personas, sketching, storyboards, users flows, low-fidelity prototypes, usability testing, and high-fidelity prototypes.

Usability study for Armoire, a clothing rental company. Conducted heuristic evaluation, created usability study plan and metrics and presented findings to stakeholders.
