My contributions included:
- Drove product roadmap & consensus-building with partners across platform components in Windows for Azure and Consumer for improved hardware security & reliability.
- Communicated vision and expected improvements for a technically complex area for those in non-technical roles such as marketing, customer support, and leadership.
- Developed Windows strategy for HW errors using predictive analytics on large datasets in Azure as well as recovery solutions, reducing customer downtime related to HW errors by ~60%.
